At Nautikos, every piece is made intentionally. To support quality, sustainability, and long-term craftsmanship, we use a print-on-demand production model for all apparel.
How Our Orders Work
Each Nautikos item is produced only after your order is placed. This allows us to:
- Reduce excess inventory and waste
- Maintain consistent quality across every product
- Offer thoughtfully designed pieces without mass overproduction
Because your item is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after checkout.
Oder Conformation and Tracking
Once your order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
- When your order ships, a second email will be sent containing a tracking link.
- All tracking updates can be accessed directly through that email.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you don’t miss important updates.
Production & Shipping Time
Because items are made to order:
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days
- Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date they are placed.
